Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Belma Fashion, we are committed to delivering your order safely and on time, anywhere in Pakistan.
Delivery Area
We currently deliver all over Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas.
Delivery Time
Orders are delivered within 2–4 working days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier availability.
Delivery Charges
A flat delivery fee of PKR 300 is charged on every order, regardless of order size or destination within Pakistan.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery nationwide. You pay the delivery rider in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep. Please keep the exact amount ready to ensure a smooth handover.
Order Processing
- Orders placed on working days (Monday–Saturday) are processed the same day or next working day.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will be notified via email or WhatsApp with tracking details. You can use the tracking number provided by our courier partner to monitor your delivery status.
Delays
While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, courier disruptions, or high order volumes. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed in such cases.
