You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order. Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Email belmafashion.pk@gmail.com with your order number. Refunds processed via original payment method or bank transfer. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility except for defective or wrong items.
