How long does delivery take?
We deliver within 2–4 working days across Pakistan. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.
Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes! We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan.
What are the delivery charges?
A flat delivery charge of PKR 300 applies to every order, regardless of size or location.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay when your order arrives at your doorstep
- Bank Transfer — transfer the amount to our bank account before dispatch
Is Cash on Delivery available everywhere in Pakistan?
Yes, COD is available nationwide across all of Pakistan.
Exchange & Returns
How do I exchange or return a product?
You can request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Email us at belmafashion.pk@gmail.com with your order details to initiate the process.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

How do I care for my leather products?
- Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after use
- Avoid exposure to water, direct sunlight, or extreme heat
- Store in a cool, dry place — ideally in a dust bag
- Use a leather conditioner occasionally to maintain suppleness
- Avoid contact with sharp objects or rough surfaces
